RegOnline Help Center moves to the new Active Network Customer Portal
Active Network’s Customer Portal is a simple and easy way for event organizers to interact with our support department. Organizers can ask questions, view related discussion topics, and get the answers they need regarding both RegOnline products or accounts and Active Network accounts. You will still have access to all the same great support features from the Help Center and more. The new system will provide complete visibility into the status of your requests and past history, including checklists to stay on track for your projects. Check out these training videos to help you get up to speed on the new Customer Portal for all your support needs.

RegOnline Developer Resources
We have created a separate developer’s site in an effort to build a strong virtual development resource community around RegOnline. Beyond basic documentation, the developer’s portal will be a repository for sharing tips, asking questions, and engaging the broader development community related to RegOnline API projects.

Support Tip: Customizing Tabs for Your Event Website
Your RegOnline event website is designed to be completely modular – that is, you decide how much or little information you want to include on the site and how it should display. In particular, you can customize the tabs on your website to help improve navigation for your site visitors. Here’s how:
- Edit your Event and click on the Event Website tab heading.
- If you want to remove all tabs (so that you have a one page event website), click the Hide link in the Website Navigation section. This section of the page is now removed from view on your website.
- If you want to only show/hide certain tabs on your website, click the Edit link in the Website Navigation section. The Page Options window displays.
- Check or uncheck tabs as needed to display exactly the information you want. For example, if your event does not use Lodging you can:
- Uncheck the Include 2nd Tab box to remove this tab and related information from your website, or
- Enter a new name for this tab in the Name field to fit your needs.
- Save Changes
