Important confirmation and reminder e-mails have been known to get

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations received two weeks prior to
the event date will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $35
administrative fee. After that time, cancellations will not be accepted.
Another person may be substituted for the confirmed registrant at any time, including the day of the event.
