The Center for Entrepreneurship and Growth, an alliance between California Lutheran University, Homelier & Law PC, Maverick Angels, and the Small Business Development Center – is pleased to offer the Preparing for Growth Program.  This is a six week, 12 session training and coaching program where experts from each organization and their networks will provide instruction to a chosen group of entrepreneurs to provide them with the skills and education that will enable them to take their business or business idea to the next level.

The Preparing for Growth Program will take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6p to 8p starting January 8 through to the conclusion on February 26th. Some of our weekly topics will include:

How to create winning teams

Creating and implementing successful social media

Increasing revenues with marketing & sales

Human resources between strategy & administration

Legal issues for start-up and growing companies        

Navigating the funding ecosystem
