Join us at Farm Journal Wheat College for training on the fundamentals for high yields in wheat.

 

Farm Journal Associate Field Agronomist Missy Bauer will be joined by high-yield wheat expert Phil Needham. This one-day program will provide growers with tips for better yielding wheat that they can take straight to the field. The curriculum will also include bonus corn content.

Registration fee includes parking!! Vouchers will be handed out at the registration desk during the event to cover your parking charges in the parking ramp connected to the Student Union.

Topics to be discussed include:
        -    The wheat management “system”
        -      Learning the language of the wheat plant 
        -      Wheat nutrition
        -      The keys to consistent wheat establishment
          -      Wheat disease and insect management

**Parking
In order to receive a parking voucher, you will need to park in the KSU Parking Garage, located near the K-State Student Union on Anderson Avenue. Please tell the parking garage attendant you are attending the “Farm Journal Wheat College.” 

Upon checking-in at the event registration table, you will receive your parking voucher. After the event, you will give your parking voucher to the parking garage attendant or place it behind your vehicle’s windshield (so that it is visible to the attendant) as you leave the KSU Parking Garage.    

**Meeting Room
Farm Journal Wheat College will be held at the K-State Student Union on the second floor in the Grand Ballroom.

    Early Bird Rate through December 23, 2011 - $144
    Registration Rate after December 23, 2011 - $174
    Multiple Registration Rate after December 23, 2011 - $174 for the 1st registrant / $144 for each additional registrant (all attendees must be from the same operation)

    Your registration is 100% refundable through December 16, 2011.
    From December 17 - 31, your registration is 50% refundable.
    Sorry, no refunds after December 31, 2011.
