Speed DUI....a new, fast moving format in DUI seminars. The DUI laws have changed dramatically effective January 1, 2012. Some DUI cases are no longer eligible for jury trials - what's up with that? Major changes were also made in the sentencing of DUI cases from jail terms to eligibility for home detention. The changes are numerous, substantial and critical information for anyone handling DUI cases. There are so many changes we are including a light lunch and beverage in your registration fee and running straight through the lunch hour to cover all. The lineup of speakers ranges from forensic experts to legislators and from Phoenix's Assistant Presiding Judge to some of the best DUI defense practitioners in the state.
