Overview:
  A luncheon CLE presentation geared towards corporate attorneys dealing with intellectual property concerns.  This presentation will focus on discreet issues of particular relevance to corporate attorneys arising from the September 16, 2011 enactment of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, the largest patent reform measure in over 50 years. Topics to be covered include changes affecting

1) patent prosecution and portfolio management practices,
2) patent litigation, and
3) common business agreements. 

The presentation will include practice tips and practical information that corporate attorneys can apply immediately.
