CDMA Offers Lunch and Learn at 87^th Annual Expo

    At this year’s Annual Trade Expo CDMA will host
a Lunch and Learn on the final day of the show.
Bruce Kneeland, of Epicor Software Solutions, will be the presenter.

Mr. Kneeland will present a program on “How Successful Pharmacy Owners use the Front-End to Build Sales and Improve Image”. Bruce is a long time industry insider who has successfully interviewed successful pharmacy owners all over the country. His findings have been reported in America’s Pharmacist, Computer Talk
and other industry magazines.

     During the lunch session, Bruce will provide CDMA members with insights and information into how pharmacies across the country have effectively managed their stores so that the front-ends can improve sales, increase word-of-mouth advertising and bring more customer referrals. This quick paced presentation will give buyers the techniques to build sales and improve profits in real world applications.
