Meeting of the Minds Dementia Conference 2013 is the premier conference for persons with dementia, families, friends and professionals. The Alzheimer's Association in collaboration with Mayo Clinic invite you to join us for this day of inspiration and information.

It is recommended you allow enough time to complete the entire registration.

 SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

When you begin online registration, you will be asked to select which sponsor or exhibitor level you are choosing.

This registration IS ONLY for the individuals at your exhibit table and does not require registration for conference sessions.

If you receive any complementary attendee registrations, you will need to go to the Meeting of The Minds 2013 conference registration page and register them individually. General conference registration opens January 7, 2013. You receive your discount codes before that date.
Please note that complementary registration discount codes will be valid ONLY through February 22, 2013. After that time the discount codes will no longer be valid.
