OTA Regulatory Director, Organic Standards and Food Safety, Gwendolyn Wyard and NSF Training and Education Lead Technical Trainer, Margaret Kolk discuss FSMA, its requirements for the identification of potential food safety hazards and the implementation of protective controls using of HACCP, the globally accepted food safety system.

The presentation focuses on the common elements of the HACCP System and the Organic Systems Plan and the potential for integrating the two.
