There is a $50 late fee if registration and/or payment is received after March 2, 2013.
Cancellation requests received in writing (to email@example.com) by close of business day on March 5, 2013, will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Refund requests received in writing between March 6-11 will be refunded at 50% of the full fee. No refund requests will be honored after March 11, 2013.
Substitutions are allowed at any time. Original registrant is able to change the name and title by editing registration form on confirmation email. Please contact Shelley Wright for any questions or problems.
Parking Pass Fee
Each registrant will be charged a fee of $3 for the Kellogg Center parking garage. This is the discounted rate we are entitled to as a conference group. Regular price to park is $8 per day.
