Course Description:
You will be on the edge of your seat during this fast-paced full day program as we highlight the hottest cases currently docketed for U.S. Supreme Court review this Fall. This year, we will also review a couple of blockbuster cases from last session.  The program will explore Supreme Court trends and swing votes before moving into specific cases. These cases are history in the making involving issues you will not only see in the news but you will feel in your practice.

Note about Course Materials:  These cases and links to SCOTUS Blog are for reference pruposes and further reading in accordance with your interests.  You will not need to have the cases printed for the CLE program.
