Attendee Registration:
Please note that Insights attendance is limited to current Epicor customers, authorized partners and invited guests only.

As in past years, full conference registration includes all conference sessions, Partner Pavilion, Hall of Solutions, meals and the evening events.
  • Elite Access Registration - $1195 - Available to the first 400 registrations
  • Early Bird Registration - $1,195 : 400 + registrants- March 8, 2013
  • Regular Registration - $1,395 : March 9- April 22, 2013
  • Late Registration - $1,495 : April 23 - May 13, 2013

Multiple Registration Incentive:

We are excited to bring you bigger and better Insights, May 13-16, 2013, and we're offering a special incentive to broaden your presence at the conference. Register four people from your company at the current full priced Elite/Early, Regular, or Late registration fee and receive $200 off all additional registered attendees. This group discount is not applicable to Epicor User Group Members, Insights 2013 Customer speakers, or any other previously discounted registration.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $150.00 fee for cancellations made prior to Friday April 22, 2013. After this date, the full conference amount is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to EPICOR INSIGHTS 2013 - CANCELLATION, and faxed to 949-341-4994 or sent by email to insights@epicor.com

Payment Instructions

  • Invoices:  Please print a copy of your invoice at the end of your online registration or from your confirmation e-mail.  You will not receive an invoice in the mail.

    Checks:  Please make payable to Epicor Insights 2013:

    All checks must reference Insights 2013 with the attendee's name and registration ID number. 

    Wire Transfers:  International wire transfers will be accepted.  Please notify us by e-mail  or phone that you wish to make payment by wire transfer, and we will forward you our bank details.

    MDF Funds:
    Applicable only to Authorized Channel Partners, sufficient MDF Funds  must be approved before accepted as a form of payment for Insights registration fees.

    Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights 2013 - CANCELLATION," and faxed to 949-341-4994 or sent by email to insights@epicor.com       There is a $150.00 cancellation fee if canceled by Friday April 22, 2013.  Cancellations received after April 22, 2013 are non-refundable.
