Mast? What is that word? What good is it to wildlife? Mast is essentially the nuts, berries, and seeds of trees that serve as a very important food source to many species of forest wildlife.

Join us for this day-long workshop focused on the identification and enhancement of the mast producing trees in your woodlot. During our discussion of a variety of mast producing species and their different nutritional values, we will focus on management strategies that will improve mast production and attract wildlife.
