Ignoring the drastically diverse ways generations learn and communicate with each other is like turning your back on a tsunami!  Meagan Johnson is known as a Generational Humorist.  Since 1997 she has entertained and educated thousands of audience members on how to create multi-generational teams that are effective, productive and profitable, enhancing the organization's growth and sustainability.  Drawing from pre-conference interviews with ALASBO members, Meagan will deliver a roadmap that will enable members to tackle their specific generational challenges.

  • State Division of Retirement and Benefits Employer Training Workshop - full-day classes at the Hotel Captain Cook on Thursday and Friday
