Join fellow alumni, former coaches, donors and friends of the men's volleyball program for a fun-filled celebration on the Ball State campus. We have a special weekend planned for you to reconnect.

Friday Night's Dinner Menu and Options

Artisan Green Salad with pear vinaigrette garnished with fresh pears, candied walnuts and blue cheese

Main Course Options:

  • Osso Bucco (braised veal shank) served with a risotto milanese with winter green vegetable medley (asparagus, haricot verts and broccolini)
  • Chicken Coq Au Vin served with parmesan smashed potatoes garnished with roasted asparagus spears and fried leeks
  • Gnocchi Florentine (vegetarian) served with sauteed spinach, roasted corn and roasted mushrooms garnished with roasted cherry tomatoes and caramelized carrots
