Registration Information

The brand new Hilton Columbus Downtown, 401 North High Street, in Columbus will be the setting of the 2013 OEA Collective Bargaining Conference. The conference will start on Friday, February 1 with registration opening at 8:00 AM and a welcome from President Patricia Frost-Brooks scheduled for 10:00 AM with sessions starting at 10:30 AM. The conference concludes at noon on Saturday.

On Friday, lunch will be provided along with appetizers during the evening’s Solidarity Reception.
 
Breakfast will be provided on Saturday. All other meals are on your own. There are many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

When registering for the conference, please make sure you have your OEA Member ID number available, as you will need this for the registration process.

Parking Information

For those members who live in the Columbus vicinity and will not require hotel accommodations, parking arrangements have been made for $8 (regularly $15) per day in the West / Vine Street Garage ONLY.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations need to be made by January 22 in order to receive a full refund. Any registrant who cancels their conference registration must also cancel their hotel reservation. OEA will not be responsible for no shows to the hotel.

Payment Instructions

  • The registration fee is $100 per person. This price includes your hotel room for one night (based on double occupancy), all conference materials, two meals, and reception. All rooms will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

    You may pay by credit card (online only) or by check. If you are paying by check, please print the invoice found at the end of the registration process. Mail the invoice, the printed copy of your registration email confirmation and your check, made payable to Ohio Education Association, to be received no later January 22, 2013 to:
