 Caps and closures makers and their suppliers will gather in suburban Chicago next Sept. 16-18 for Plastics News’ third annual Plastics Caps & Closures conference and workshop.

The 2013 event, with close to two dozen expert speakers and panelists, will build on the success of the previous events. It will include timely information about the latest processing technologies, new materials, sustainability/recycling, design, tooling, and merger and acquisition trends, as well as business and other macro-economic factors impacting this market.

The International Society of Beverage Technologists is fully supporting the event, to include providing a panel to discuss the latest technological and sustainability advances related to beverage closures. ISBT is the new home of the Closure & Container Manufacturers Association, which partnered on this event with Plastics News each of the past two years.
