The Dynamax Coach course picks up where the Trainer leaves off by introducing advanced single arm movement patterns and programming tools in addition to heavy and reactive ball work.  This movement based training for athletes will focus on footwork, finesse, and finish through movement integration.  Discover how Dynamax Medicine Ball training addresses and integrates the 10 Physical Skills maximizing athletic potential.  Attendees will also learn the essentials of program design, cueing, coaching techniques, and how to assess sport specific movement patterns to apply the appropriate medicine ball exercises.
