Hands-On Heater Repair & Troubleshooting

Come learn directly from the manufacturer’s themselves how to operate and troubleshoot the specific heaters that you will most likely encounter in the field.  Come for 1 day only or both days to learn from all 4 manufacturers to ensure that you are fully prepared to service those heaters.

In this class, you will learn:

• common problems that service technicians encounter
• how to diagnose and troubleshoot heaters properly
• repair techniques and tips for efficient and safe customer service

Normally, to receive this amount of information and hands-on training, you would have to travel to 4 different locations scattered throughout our region and possibly months apart.  Join us, as the one stop shop for all 4 manufacturers!

Day 1 (Wednesday, September 15, 2010) 
8:30 am - 12:30pm - Zodiac
1:30pm - 5:30 pm - Hayward

Day 2 (Thursday, September 16, 2010)
8:30 am - 12:30 pm - Pentair
1:30 pm - 5:30 pm - Raypak

Parking Directions:

Parking is available in the AAA parking lot; entrance is located directly before the NESPA headquarter entrance.  As you approach our training facility on South Gold Drive, make your first right hand turn directly beyond the AAA building (1 building on right) and before the UPS drop-box.  Proceed down the driveway (the one with speed bumps) and make the first left hand turn into the lot.  Upon entering the driveway, simply follow the sign to “additional parking”.  Walk around front for access to building.
