We are excited to bring you the 2nd Midwest Forum on Talent Management. This year's keynote will be provided by the nationally known Marc Effron, founder of the New Talent Management Network and author of the best selling book, One Page Talent Management, which gives managers a powerfully simple approach that significantly accelerates a company's ability to develop better talent faster. Marc is President of the Talent Strategy Group, the author of two previous books on human resources and leadership, and a well sought-after business speaker.

The 2011 Midwest Forum on Talent Management offers nationally recognized speakers, content and dialogue with local accessibility and affordable pricing. The Forum will include a variety of presentations designed for today’s Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development and Performance Excellence professionals. There will be multiple tracks of concurrent sessions covering intermediate and advanced level topics, such as leadership development, succession planning, associate engagement, generational management, workforce planning, social media in learning, and much more. American Family Insurance’s state-of the art conference facilities will provide a comfortable venue for a day of professional development and networking with colleagues.
