Imagine yourself next summer studying Yoga Calm® in a quaint Italian village,
surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forest-covered mountains. Build in a vacation by coming early or staying late. Bring the family or a friend.

If you have been thinking about taking a Yoga Calm workshop, or have been dreaming about visiting Italy, this is the trip! Casperia, Italy, situated in the heart of the Sabina Mountains, has fewer than 350 inhabitants, and is one of the last Italian villages untouched by mass tourism. The medieval structure and atmosphere of the village give you a unique feeling of being in a historic place in an era of mystery and romance, when life moved at a slower pace. A place of natural beauty, Casperia is a hilltop village where you can watch the changing scenery from every angle. The night sky is a star covered phenomenon not to be missed!

In this magical setting, during the lushness of an Italian summer, we will learn Yoga Calm tools for children, practice yoga on the rooftop deck or in the villa’s studio, and get an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in the companion of like-minded travelers. There will be ample time to hike or ride bikes in the countryside, swim, walk, or relax in an café with a good book.

And for those not taking the Yoga Calm training, we will have daily yoga classes, meals and opportunities to explore this unique area.
