Start and end time: 9 am to 5 pm each day with a 1 hour lunch break. Meals: On your own.

A criminal background check must be conducted prior to receiving the registration code for the CrossFit Kids Course. Please contact Kelly Moore at kelly@crossfit.com for instructions to receive the registration code.

Kids course Reg Form

The CrossFit Kids Course is an interactive weekend on the specifics of teaching CrossFit to Kids and Teens. Learn child specific cues for the primary CrossFit movements, scaling, progressions and drills.

Also covered:
Neurological Development as it relates to Exercise and Kids, Weightlifting and Kids,
Health & Safety, Programming, Teaching styles, How to structure a Kids class, and
CrossFit Kids Games. Techniques and methods to overcome the unique challenges presented when teaching the CrossFit methodology to kids. Programming concepts for Affiliates, teachers, coaches and others.

Course is held at CrossFit Kids in Ramona, CA.

Use Google Maps * but do not go left on 13th Street, go just a bit farther to 10th & San Vicente & 78 and go left. Follow 3 blocks to Olive (go left onto Olive at the light) then left onto Maple. We are the 4th building on the right.

* Completion of CrossFit Level 1 Course is required before taking this course. Note: You may register for a CrossFit Kids Course Seminar if you have not yet completed but have a Confirmed Registration in an upcoming CF Level 1 Course.Additionally, to protect the kids, passing a criminal background check performed by CFK is required before Certificate will be Issued. There is a $50.00 fee for this background check.

Payment Instructions

The fees for the CrossFit Kids course are $595 + $50 ($645 total) for the Course and the required criminal background check.

You can continue to make payments as long as your balance is paid in full three weeks prior to the Course. Please make sure you are paid in full three weeks before the Course you will forfeit your place in the Course.

If you plan to pay by check we must receive your check payment before you can register. Please print and fill out this form to send with your check:
