REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees for delegates are as follows:
Early Bird (before 15 March 2010): EUR 890
Regular Fee (after 15 March 2010): EUR 990
During online registration you may select to pay either by credit card or bank transfer.
The fee includes all of the following :
- Attendance at all IWTO Public Congress Sessions
- Joint Sessions at the World Merino Conference
- Entrance pass to Wool Art's Festival at the Bergerie Nationale, Rambouillet
- Bus transfers morning and evening between the two venues: Paris and Rambouillet
- Simultaneous Interpretation (English<>Chinese) in main conference room
- Lunches
- Coffee Breaks
- Monday Evening: Welcome Reception at Pullman Hotel, Paris
- Tuesday Evening: Lakeside Dinner "à la Bergerie" Rambouillet
- Internet Area
- Congress Kit

CONGRESS VENUES AND FACILITIES

The Congress sessions will be split between Paris and Rambouillet as below. Please note that IWTO will provide transport between the IWTO official hotels in Paris and the Bergerie Nationale, Rambouillet on Tuesday and Wednesday and IWTO delegates will therefore be accommodated for the duration of the Congress in Paris.
- Sunday, 2 May and Monday 3 May - Hotel Pullman, Paris

Tuesday, 4 May and Wednesday 5 May - Bergerie Nationale, Rambouillet (IWTO delegates will continue to stay at Paris hotels and be transported to Bergerie Nationale, Rambouillet on these two days)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
These are not included in the registration fee. The following options are available:
1. Private transfer - If you would like IWTO to organise an airport transfer for you, please contact us at meetings@iwto.org. The cost from Charles de Gaulle airport to the Hotel Pullman or Mercure will be around €60 one-way.
2. Taxi - approximately the same cost as private transfer.
3. Paris Shuttle Service - This is an independent airport shuttle service which provides door-to-door shared transportation from the Paris airports to Paris hotels from €20/person. If you are interested, follow the link and make your booking directly with them: Paris Shuttle Reservation

4. Public Transport - The RER trainlink runs from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport via other main train stations. For full information on public transport serving both hotels, click on the following links:

VISA AND INVITATION LETTER
France is part of the European Schengen Countries Area. Nationals from outside of Schengen area should check with their own consulate to find out whether a visa is needed to enter France.
