Singel, former Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania.  Other guest speakers addressing conference attendees include James Cawley, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission; Dan Griffiths, Deputy Secretary of the Office of Energy and Technology Deployment at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection; John Hanger, Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection; Fred Dedrick, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry; Don Cunningham, County Executive, Lehigh County; Dr. Dork Sahagian, Director of the Environmental Initiative, Lehigh University; and the Honorable Eugene DePasquale (York County), who wrote existing legislation promoting renewable energy in the Commonwealth.  View speaker bios here.
