Overview


The GOES-R AWG & R3 will hold its 2009 annual meeting at the University of Maryland Conference Center. Conference objectives include:

  • Program Status Update
  • Application Team Progress Reviews
  • Preparations for the 2009 Milestone Delivery
  • GOES-R Risk Reduction Review (23 & 24 July)
  • Poster Presentations

Poster Presentations

Three poster sessions are scheduled. Two on Tuesday, July 21 for Baseline and Option 2 products and a session on Thursday, July 23 for Risk Reduction/New Applications. Assignments are on a first-come basis.

Allotted space is 4' high x 6' wide.  Boards will accommodate thumb tacks and Velcro.
