Online Registration
The deadline for submitting your online registration and payment is October 16, 2009.  Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method.  Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date.  Advance registration is strongly encouraged.


On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours
If you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by October 16, you may still register at the on-site registration desk which will be available at the Broad Institute
on Thursday, October 22 from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and on Friday, October 23 from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.  On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

*The Hyatt Dinner is not included with this registration.  Tickets may be purchased for $100.  Tickets are non-refundable and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What's Included
Full conference registration includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, two breakfasts, two lunches and one ticket to the Hyatt Dinner on October 22.

One-day registration includes conference materials and that day's sessions, breakfast and lunch.  Unless otherwise noted, a ticket to the Hyatt Dinner is not included.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds: 
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until October 16, 2009.  To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.  

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 16 will be granted less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after that date.  No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used.  Dinner tickets are non-refundable.  All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
