Prepaid services are transforming the utility industry and quickly becoming a favored alternative to traditional billing. Exceleron Software’s 2009 PAMS Users Conference and Prepaid Seminar offers a unique opportunity to explore the benefits of prepaid utility service, exchange ideas, and discuss best practices while offering you an opportunity to share your ideas with others.

The first three days of this dual event are exclusively for current PAMS users, and the final two days are aimed at utilities interested in learning about prepaid services. The overlap in these two events will give everyone an opportunity to interact during our education sessions and social events.

The PAMS Users Conference provides an opportunity for you to interact with other PAMS users, exchanging ideas as you discuss your own experiences and learn how to make optimal use of the software. Refresher training, integration updates and partner integration are available in several breakout sessions. Your discussions will also serve as input for our efforts to continually improve PAMS for our clients and their customers.

PAMS users will have the opportunity to:

This two-day seminar will explain why prepaid is quickly becoming the favored alternative to traditional billing. You will have the opportunity to interact PAMS users from more than 30 utilities from across the country that are already offering prepaid services and hear how they were able to grow their prepaid program rapidly while increasing customer satisfaction. Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Hear how other utilities have implemented prepaid programs
• Exchange ideas with other utilities that are considering prepaid services
• Identify best practices in implementing and marketing prepaid services
• Learn about the available payment options from industry experts
• Network with talented utility professionals from across the United States
• Learn about exciting products and services for the utility industry

Both groups of attendees (current PAMS users and utilities interested in learning about prepaid services) are invited to attend our social events on October 6. This will be an opportunity for current and prospective PAMS users to share their insight and take advantage of valuable networking opportunities.
