Payment Instructions
Paying by Credit Card:
  • Please ensure the billing address entered corresponds with the credit card being used.
  • Be sure to include the credit card security code.
Paying by Check:
  • Payment must be received prior to the start of the conference.
  • Please print a copy of your registration record and mail it with your payment to:

Registration Substitution Policy:
  • Substitutions may be made through the online registration system or contact Adam Gerber.
  • There is no charge for making a registration substitution.
Conference Cancellation Policy:
  • All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-faxes 202-265-4435 and emails to Adam Gerber acceptable.
  • A $50 deduction will be taken from the refund for cancellations received no later than October 9, 2009.
  • A $150 deduction will be taken from the refund for cancellations received October 10 to October 16, 2009.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received beginning October 17, 2009.
