Registration Substitution Policy:
- Substitutions may be made through the online registration system or contact Adam Gerber.
- There is no charge for making a registration substitution.
Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-faxes 202-265-4435 and emails to Adam Gerber acceptable.

A $50 deduction will be taken from the refund for cancellations received no later than October 9, 2009.

A $150 deduction will be taken from the refund for cancellations received October 10 to October 16, 2009.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received beginning October 17, 2009.
