The 2nd National Opportunity to Learn Education Summit 2009: Building a National Movement to Close the Opportunity Gap, serves as a galvanizing force to bring diverse efforts together within and overarching "Opportunity To Learn" (OTL) framework-to coalesce a national movement for systematic change guaranteeing every child access to a quality education.

The OTL Summit is designed to provide a platform for public education donors, foundation officers, grassroots community advocates, youth, and researches to share critical advocacy strategies, funding approaches, and networks to build a state and national movement to provide all students an opportunity to learn.

The Summit will take place November 5-7, 2009 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA.

Reservations for the event should be made directly with the Crystal Gateway Marriott by calling at 800-228-9290 or 703-920-3230 asking for the Opportunity To Learn Summit room rate. The room block rate is $129.00 per night plus tax.
