CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are registered but cannot attend your seminar, DeFinis Communications, Inc. must be notified fifteen business days prior to the seminar. If notification is made you will be able to apply the fee to a future program but fees are not refundable. Failure to provide notification will result in the forfeit of any obligation by DeFinis Communications, Inc. and your fee will be retained. You may send a substitute attendee in your place. No-Shows forfeit entire fee.
