This is the last event in a three event series hosted by Flatirons CrossFit, MBS CrossFit, and Front Range CrossFit.

The events will be a ten minute snatch set then a one hour rest and then a ten minute one arm long cycle clean and jerk. Divisions will be by bell size. Bell sizes will be 8 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg, 24 kg, 32 kg. The 8 kilo bell is for ages 12 and under and 55 and up.

Rules:
Snatch set will be a 10:00 set. The bell must go from between the legs to locked out overhead in one continuous motion. Athletes may put the bell down at any time and switch hands as often as they like.

Long cycle clean and jerk set will be a 10:00 set. It will be performed long cycle, meaning each rep will be a clean and a jerk. The bell must be cleaned to the chest, then jerked overhead and then returned to the chest. Athletes may put the bell down at any time and may switch hands as often as they like.

Scoring/Prizes:
The overall winner will be the athlete with the highest combined total of reps for both lifts for two of the three events.
The prizes for the Colorado Kettlebell Series are being sponsored by Colorado Kettlebell Club. The overall winner in each kettlebell category is going to win a competition bell from Colorado Kettlebells that is the next size up. So the winner of the 20 kg class will win a 24 kg bell. We are going to award the 12 and 16 kg class for the women, and 20, 24 and 32 kg for the men. Additionally, there will be a separate masters division (50 years and up) in the 12kg for women and 20 kg for the men.
