Continuing Education Approval: NJASLA’s Annual Meeting has
been approved for continuing education for LA's, including those accredited in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania & Delaware through LA CES & the NY State Education Department.

Full Package -- Member: $385 (before 1/8/10), $430 (after 1/9/10); Non-Member: $430 (early), $475 (late)
Includes all meals (& Banquet), “Mix and Mingle” Cocktail Reception, coffee breaks, seminars and exhibits.  Does not include hotel room. Information is listed above to make hotel accommodations. Registrants who select this registration option are eligible to receive 14 CEC’s. Full package registrants are REQUIRED to sign in on Sunday afternoon by 1:30 pm.

Sunday Package
-- Member: $120 (before 1/8/10), $145 (after 1/9/10); Non-Member: $155 (early), $195 (late)
Includes coffee breaks, Sunday educational sessions and “Mix and Mingle” Cocktail Reception. Registrants who select this registration option are eligible to receive 3 CEC’s.

Monday Package -- Member: $195 (before 1/8/10), $220 (after 1/9/10) Non-Member: $230 (early), $270 (late)
Includes continental breakfast, brunch, coffee breaks, Monday seminars, and exhibits. Registrants who select this registration option are eligible to receive 6 CEC’s. Does Not include Banquet. Ticket may be purchased separately for Banquet attendance.

Tuesday Package -- Member: $195 (before 1/8/10), $220 (after 1/9/10); Non-Member: $230 (early), $270 (late)
Includes buffet breakfast, coffee breaks, Tuesday seminars, lunch and exhibits. Registrants who select this registration option are eligible to receive 5 CEC’s.

Spouse Package  -- $265
Includes all meal functions and exhibits throughout the annual meeting. Seminars are NOT included with this package.

Banquet Only -- $95
Includes Monday night's Cocktail Reception, Design Awards Presentation and Banquet.

Student Packages -- $105 Full; $15 Sunday; $55 Mon; $55 Tues Registration
Available to full time college students enrolled in a Landscape Architecture Curriculum. Full package Student registration includes everything described in Full Package above, EXCEPT the Banquet and “Mix and Mingle” Cocktail Reception. Sunday Student Package includes everything described in Sunday Package above EXCEPT “Mix and Mingle” Cocktail Reception. Monday and Tuesday Student Packages include everything described in packages above.

Registration
Registration packages may be picked up at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort on Sunday, January 24, from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm; Monday, January 25, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm; and on Tuesday, January 26, from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Tickets will not be mailed in advance. Topics, speakers, and times are subject to change without notice. Please make sure to register upon arrival (at the NJASLA registration desk) to ensure eligibility to receive full CEC credit.

NEW THIS YEAR - Due to new Continuing Education Credit (CEC) reporting requirements, NJASLA conference registrants will need to complete an attendance form for each seminar that you attend, in order to receive credit.   At the entrance to each seminar room, you’ll receive an attendance form/sign-in sheet,  on which you must record your personal registration ID number as printed on your name badge. PLEASE NOTE: You must be present at the conclusion of the seminar to hand in your sign-in sheet. Collected sign-in sheets will be scanned onsite.
 

Distribution of CEC’s
An itemized list of the seminars (that you attended & signed-in for) will be forwarded to you post-conference via email for your records. You MUST PRINT out the email containing proof of your attendance by session and keep the information on file along with a copy of the conference program.  It is your responsibility to maintain proof of your attendance & participation, the documentation will not be mailed.

Checks & money orders should be sent into the NJASLA office, along with a copy of your event invoice, so that proper payment may be credited to your registration.  If sending in a check/money order for your registration fees, please print out an invoice & send it along with your check payment by mail to NJASLA. 

Please Note:  AMEX credit card payments are not accepted.

REFUND POLICY
Should your schedule change or you cannot attend the event, please notify NJASLA as soon as possible.  Refunds for advanced cancellation may be made up until January 8, 2010; requests for refunds must be made in writing & forwarded to NJASLA Headquarters (by fax to 609-393-9891 or by us mail).  Any refund amount will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund.  No refunds will be given after January 8, 2010 deadline.  Event 'NO SHOWS', people who register for the event, but do not attend, will be billed for the appropirate registration amount.  If you do not attend the meeting and fail to notify NJASLA in advance of the 1/8/10 deadline, you would be ineligible for any refund amount.

Registration substitutions may be made; please notify NJASLA of the substitution in writing & prior to the event.
