Kids course Reg Form

The CrossFit Kids Course is an interactive weekend on the specifics of teaching CrossFit to Kids and Teens. Learn child specific cues for the primary CrossFit movements, scaling, progressions and drills.

Also covered:
Neurological Development as it relates to Exercise and Kids, Weightlifting and Kids,
Health & Safety, Programming, Teaching styles, How to structure a Kids class, and
CrossFit Kids Games. Techniques and methods to overcome the unique challenges presented when teaching the CrossFit methodology to kids. Programming concepts for Affiliates, teachers, coaches and others.

Completion of CrossFit Level 1 Course is required before taking this course. Note: You may register for a CrossFit Kids Course Seminar if you have not yet completed but have a Confirmed Registration in an upcoming CF Level 1 Course.

Payment Instructions

The fee for the CrossFit Kids course is $595 US dollars for the Course.

You can continue to make payments as long as your balance is paid in full three weeks prior to the Course. Please make sure you are paid in full three weeks before the Course you will forfeit your place in the Course.

If you plan to pay by check we must receive your check payment before you can register. Please print and fill out this form to send with your check:
