Please note that the training occurs from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day, and you must complete the exam on the final day. Please plan your travel accordingly.

NAIHC Refund Policy
- Up until 3 weeks prior to an event, a cancelled registrant may receive a full refund (100%).
- From 3 weeks prior to an event until 72 hours prior to the commencement of the on-site registration for that event, a cancelled registrant may receive a refund of 75% of their original registration fee.
- From 72 hours prior to an event until the commencement of on-site registration for that event, a canceled registrant may receive a partial refund of 50% of their original registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued under once the on-site registration has commenced.
