Conference Fees:

$125.00 - One Day Registration
$200.00 – Two Day - Early registration through February 17, 2009
$250.00 - Two Day Registration After February 17, 2009

$500.00 – Trade Show Booth Registration

Award nominations need to be submitted by February 27, 2009. Go under Agenda/Awards for applications!
