REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM and then again on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2009 at 6:30 AM.  The COURSE BEGINS on Friday morning, December 4, 2009.


Goal:
 
The 18th Annual Bugs and Drugs conference focuses on the latest diagnosis and treatment in infectious disease.  Designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, and allied health professionals this course offers medical education through didactic lecture, panel discussions and hands on workshops.

Registration Fees: Fees include breakfasts, afternoon refreshments, syllabus material, and a non-refundable administrative charge of $100. All fees are due in advance; registrations will not be accepted without payment. Only registrations with credit card payments will be accepted by fax or on-line.  For immediate confirmation of your conference registration, register on-line at: www.regonline.com/obgyn2010. Online registration will available through Wednesday 12/2/09.  Onsite registration will be available 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday December 3rd and again 6:30-7:45am on Friday December 4th.

Cancellation:
 
The full course tuition is refundable, less a $75 cancellation fee, if your cancellation is received, in writing, on or before November 20, 2009. Cancellations after November 20th but prior to Dec 1st will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted on or after December 1st or for non-attendance. The conference committee reserves the right to cancel this conference in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. In the event of a cancellation the Office of CME is obligated to refund the registration fee only.
