Payment must be received by May 4, 2012 to qualify for the early registration rate. 

Payment must be received by June 1, 2012 to qualify for the regular registration rate. 

Event Solutions Management accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express for prepaid credit card orders. Your credit card will be charged on the day you register. Fees on your credit card statement will be billed by ESM-Confere. Please check with your issuing bank to ensure you have sufficient funds available for your purchase. Complete credit card information must be available at the time you place the order. Your purchase will processed in US dollars. If you are using a non US Dollar card, we will calculate an exchange rate.
