Registration fees for the NABA, Inc. 2012 Annual National Convention and EXPO include admission to general Convention activities, CPE Technical Sessions, select program meal functions and other scheduled activities.  The Leadership Institute Executive and Management Tracks as well as Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification are offered at an additional cost and include one professional conference registration.  Payment is due upon registration.  NABA accepts payment by money order or credit card.  No personal checks will be accepted onsite during the Convention.

*2012 Stimulus Package - includes Thursday CPE Sessions, the EXPO and the Annual Membership Breakfast.

** Executive Track participants must have 10 or more years of work and/or management experience with the last 2 in a senior level management position. These sessions are meant for those aspiring to the executive level.

*** Management Track participants must have 7  to 10 years of work experience and a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in accounting or related fields. These sessions are designed for those aspiring to senior level management.



Convention attendees can begin making hotel reservations on December 6, 2011.

 
CANCELLATIONS
If received in writing on or before May 15, 2012, you will be charged a $150 fee.  Refunds will not be made after May 15, 2012 or for no-shows.  Cancellations requests should be sent to

By attending the NABA, Inc.’s 41st Annual National Convention and EXPO, June 13-16, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ, you agree to release and hold NABA, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and representatives and each of their officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation.

    All information is used by the National Office and will be held in strict confidence.  Cancellations made by May 15, 2012 will be accepted but are subject to a cancellation charge of $150.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 15, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    NABA accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please do not fax and mail this form simultaneously because your credit card will be charged twice.
