  Opening Plenary Keynote
Tuesday, December 4
9:00 - 10:30 am

Afterburner

Read the core values of the Air Force: “A Shared Commitment to Three Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do.” Don’t those sound very similar to the core values of Indiana’s youth workers, who are tasked with ensuring the well-being of our state’s children and youth? Afterburner’s intuitive Flawless Execution model develops an organization’s Future Picture and strategy while aligning the organization directly with its day-to-day activities. A holistic, total-organization model, Flawless Execution develops better leadership; strategic planning tools; faster, more accurate execution solutions; and enhanced capabilities. It provides the necessary structures to develop a culture of learning and, most importantly, to close the Execution Gap – the gap between what an organization plans to do and what it actually achieves.
