If you have prepaid for shuttle service, please read the following important information regarding your airport shuttle service.

 

Arrival Information

The airport shuttle service is operated by Premier Limousine. You will meet the shuttle outside of the baggage claim area. The van will be white with Premier Limo written on the side in purple. The shuttle will run throughout the day at the scheduled times that are listed below. The shuttle will wait for 5 minutes at each of the 2 doors at baggage claim and then it will depart for campus. If you miss the shuttle that you were planning to take, you can ride on the next schedule shuttle.

Once you arrive on campus, you will be dropped off at the Nathan Hale Inn. This location is also next to the Rome Commons building, where guests of the residence halls will go to check-in.

11:15 am

1:30 pm

3:30 pm

5:45 pm

8:00 pm

10:15 pm

 

Departure Information

You will meet the shuttle at the Nathan Hale Inn on August 1, 2010. You will be dropped off at the departure area of Terminal A. The shuttle will run throughout the day at the scheduled times that are listed below. The shuttle will wait for 5 minutes and then it will depart for the airport. If you miss the shuttle that you were planning to take, you can ride on the next schedule shuttle.

4:00 am

6:00 am

8:15 am

10:30 am

12:00 pm

5:00 pm

Renting a car and driving to campus?

From the West (heading through or from Hartford or Bradley International Airport): Take Interstate 84 East to Exit 68. From exit, take a right onto Route 195, 7 miles to UConn.

From the East (heading from Boston toward Hartford): Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 68. From exit, take a left onto Route 195, and follow directions above.

From the Southeast Interstate 95 to 395 North. Take Exit 81 West to Route 32 North. Follow Route 32 North to Willimantic. In town, turn right and go over bridge. Continue straight through the light and follow 195 North for 8 miles to campus.

Parking

If you are a guest of the Nathan Hale Inn, please park at the hotel. Consult the hotel for their parking rates. If you are staying in a residence hall or only visiting for the day, you may park in the S parking lot. You will need to obtain a parking permit from the Conference registration desk in order to park in the S Lot. Anyone who parks outside of S Lot or who does not have a permit is subject to a fine. There is no charge for the parking permit. You may also park in the South Parking Garage and pay the posted rates. No overnight parking is permitted in the parking garage.
