Hotel Information

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree at the government rate of $119 a night plus 10% tax. 

Reservations can be made by calling 800-222-TREE (8733).  Please be sure to reference ESDSWG.  The deadline for making reservations is Friday, October 2, 2009.  Reservation requests received after October 2 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

Hotel check-in is 3:00 p.m.  Hotel check-out: 12:00 p.m.

Parking

Self-parking is available at the hotel for $15 per day.
