  * U.S.-based Plastics News launched Plastics News China in mid-2005 with its bilingual PN China eWeekly email newsletter, along with companion websites, in both Chinese and English. Plastics News, which began publishing in March 1989, now is part of the Plastics News Global Group, the world’s largest plastics publishing organization.
