Policies

On-Site Registration Policy
After November 26, registration must take place at the conference. On-site registration is available December 3-5 at the Indiana Convention Center.  Discounts not applicable at on-site registration.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
To request a refund, cancellations must be received in writing no later than:
Advertisers: 
 September 30, 2012
Exhibitors: 

 September 30, 2012 (6% service fee)
October 1 - November 2 (50% refund)
Attendees: November 2, 2012
Substitution of attendees is allowed at any time. The Indiana Youth Institute will provide only one set of conference materials per registration.

Expressed Release
Attendees hereby expressly release, relinquish, and forever discharge the Indiana Youth Institute of and from all claims against the Indiana Youth Institute arising out of attendance at the 2012 Because Kids Count Conference and any and all related activities.

Media
IYI will document the Conference through the use of photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other forms of media (collectively, the “Media”).  The Media will be used in IYI presentations, reports, and promotional materials, including on the IYI Web site (the “IYI Materials”). The Attendee may be captured by or otherwise the subject of the Media throughout the Conference.  By registering, the Attendee authorizes IYI to use such Media in the IYI Materials.
