Payment must be received in full to confirm your registration. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and check.
If paying by check, your check must be received within 10 business days of completeing your registration. If it is not recieved with 10 business days of the close of registration you will be assessed the $100 late fee.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your convention registration and request a refund, you must submit a written request to the Headquarters by mail, fax or email at
jmay@phimu.org.
Telephone requests will not be honored. Cancellations prior to May 1, 2008 will recieve a full refund minus a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations after May 1, 2008 will forfeit 50% penalty of all fees paid.
For cancellations after May 15, 2008, no refunds will be made.
