We are excited to present ESM Association's 67th Annual Conference & Exhibit in the fall of this year! The event dates are October 4-7, 2008 at the Primm Valley Casino Resort in Primm, NV. Travel dates will be October 4 and 8, with three full days of education and networking. The Las Vegas area has always been one of our most attended destinations and we want to make the experience both fun and affordable. Primm hotel rates start at just $39.00! This year, our theme is "Discover Your Pioneer Spirit". Your journey will begin with the option to select ESM Association-provided transportation from the airport to Primm. Ride with fellow conference attendees as you learn about this region's interesting history.
ESM Association's Conference Evaluations showed that "educational content" and "budget" were the top factors affecting your decision to attend the conference. We plan to deliver with new sessions including Speed Benchmarking, Meet the Board of Directors, "How-To" Clinics, Team-Building, and Chapter-Related Activities.

Payments
Once you register, you will have the opportunity to either pay online (all major credit cards are accepted) or by check. If you are paying by check, please mail payment promptly to:

Checks shall be postmarked no later than Friday, September 26, 2008. Please remember to print your receipt or invoice for your records once your registration is completed.
Hotel Information
To reserve your hotel room, call (800) 386-7867 by Friday, September 12, 2008. You must mention group code "SCE 1003" to access the ESM Association block reservations.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy, plus Clark County room tax which is currently 9%. For more than two adults in a room, there will be an additional hotel charge of $5 per extra person.
