NOTE: Preregistration ends May 20, 2008. Registrations after May 20, 2008 must be made at the conference at the registration desk on site at the conference.

Registering early lets you take advantage of early-bird discounts:
Jan. 1 - March 1 Early-Bird Rate ($250)
March 2 – May 15 Standard Rate ($300)
After May 15 On-Site Rate ($350)

If you register for the conference online, you will be required to make a full payment using a credit card. If you need to pay for the conference registration with a check, you must mail us the fully completed registration form with a check for the total amount included with the mailed registration form.
