Advance Registration
The deadline for
submitting an online registration for this event is October 1, 2008. Registration fees are payable online by credit card. Payment
may also be made via check or wire transfer. All registrations must be paid in full on or before October 1, 2008. Space cannot be guaranteed for any online registration not
paid in full by this date. If you are unable to finalize your plans or
make payment in advance, you may still register on a space-available
basis at the on-site registration desk which will be staffed during the
conference hours. All team members are required to register by October 1; pre-registration is strongly encouraged for all others.

What's Included
Your Jamboree registration fee includes team presentations on Saturday, the awards ceremony on Sunday,
and workshops after the awards ceremony on Sunday.
Your registration also covers refreshments on Friday evening during
the team practice sessions; and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday;
and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
You may also attend the BioBricks Foundation meeting on Monday, November 10 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please contact workshop@biobricks.org for more information.
On-site Registration/Information Desk
The Registration/Information Desk will be open in the Stata Center on Friday, November 7 beginning at 6:00 pm and will remain open during conference hours through Sunday, November 9 at 2:00 pm.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made
online until October 1, 2008. Changes after that date should be made at the on-site registration desk.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 1, 2008 will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be
granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the
registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars
and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was
submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the
organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made
via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
iGEM
is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of an individual to
travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events
beyond iGEM's control.
