Registration fees include all seminar events, including receptions, the Gala Dinner, social functions, luncheons and coffee breaks.

  • Paid Corporate Member:
    • First Participant US$2,000 if payment is received by March 31, 2008; US$2,100 after March 31, 2008
    • Additional Participant(s) US$1,850 if payment is received by March 31, 2008; US$1,950 after March 31, 2008
  • Paid Global Member:
    • First Complimentary Participant
    • Second Complimentary Participant
    • Additional Participant(s) US$1,700 each
  • Non-Member: US$2,600
  • Academic or Government Official: US$1,000  A full-time employee of a non-profit educational institution or a full-time employee of government, but not a government-owned company
  • Spouse or Non-participant guest: US$650 Guest fees are for non-delegates and includes receptions, the Gala Dinner, social functions and Monday & Wednesday tours and luncheons
Registration fees are refundable for cancellation received by March 31, 2008, less a US$100 cancellation fee.  Substitutions are permitted up to May 30, 2008.  Registration will be considered complete and confirmation will be sent when fees have been received.
