1. If you are registering as an individual, you must have a PayPal account to pay your registration.  In order to avoid additional fees and keep registration rates controlled, we ask that you pay via this service.  PayPal will allow you to setup an account that charges transactions to your bank or credit card.  We are not providing any alternative method for payment.  You can setup your PayPal account by going to :  http://www.paypal.com/
2. If you are registering as a group, then you will be allowed the option of paying by US$ check.  The address for sending this check is provided on the payment page and on the printable invoice.
   
3. If your organization is a member of either EARCOS or ACAMIS, then please select the correct payment option.  If you are not a member of either of these organizations, you must pay US$100 more per registration.  If you choose the wrong option during payment, we will contact you later for an adjusted payment before your registrations will be confirmed
   
4. IMPORTANT:  If you would like to be a presenter at the conference (and we need you), you should not compete this registration at this time.  Instead, go to the following link:  Presenter's Registration Form - Upon approval of your presentation, a discount code will be emailed to you and you can then return to this site to register with a US$50 discount. Presenters must register as individuals and not as part of groups.
