The Cut-off date for conference Registration is July 25, 2008, 5:00 pm EST.  One form for each attendee is required.  Attendees will receive an electronic confirmation letter within one week after registration submission, confirming contact information, badge information, and hotel accommodations.  Should there be any inaccuracies, please respond to the email with the appropriate corrections.
